Upon payment being received and approved, your order will be processed without delay. All credit card holders are subject to validation authorized by the card issuer.

IMPORTANT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will not accept unauthorized returns of any “Treasured Collections.” If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us directly after receiving your purchase. Please note once the hair has been removed from its original packaging we are unable to accept any forms of return or exchange.

If you have been authorized to return a product it MUST be in its original packaging authenticated as brand new condition in which you received it. If an item is accepted and we deem that it has not been returned to us in the original brand new condition that it was sent then the item will be returned to you at your expense. Consequently no refund will be issued to consumer.

If we do proceed with a refund of your purchase for valid reasons, then only a refund of the purchase price will be provided. Postage costs are non-refundable. Return postage is at the expense of the purchaser. We will not cover return postage costs and parcels marked “Return to Sender” will be declined by us. All are hair extensions are classified as ”human product” by Health Department regulations restricting us from accepting any returns of any product that is not in brand new condition. If you are uncertain or have any questions of our products, please contact us.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. We will make all efforts to have your items to you as soon as possible although deliveries should be expected in the delivery range of 7-10 business days. Regrettably, we are unable to offer overnight express. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
