Shipping & Refund Policy

Dolls, please allow 7-10 business for the arrival of your treasures. All orders are shipped insured using USPS and Fedex. Tracking information will be emailed to you once it has left our headquarters. 

We do offer express shipping at an additional cost of $25. If you'd like your order shipped express, please contact us by emailing [email protected]. 

Due to the nature of our business and federal health regulations, all sales are final ! We do not offer refunds on any hair extensions purchases.
